The apartments and studios are located in a quiet area and are approximately 70 meters from the beach, where you can swim in turquoise, crystal-clear waters. Each apartment is fully equipped with TV, air conditioning, shower, WC, and kitchen, as well as spacious balconies overlooking the flower garden, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. They are very well maintained and offer a warm, homely atmosphere. In addition, we provide a well-lit private parking area and a barbecue space available for our guests to enjoy pleasant evenings.

All prices include all additional costs, such as cleaning, air conditioning, and internet access.
If you wish to make a booking, a deposit via bank transfer is required.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel 60 days or more before the start date of the reservation, the deposit will be refunded (minus bank transfer fees).
If you cancel **within 21 days or less** prior to arrival, the deposit will **not be refunded**.
